Kieran E. Harrington is Chief Executive Officer of RiseBoro Community Partnership, New York City’s premier non-profit affordable housing developer and social services provider. Under his leadership, Kieran oversees 147 properties under management and has brought to market more than 1,000 affordable units with over 1,000 units under construction and 2,000 units in development. RiseBoro employs more than 1,000 professionals servicing impactful programs for seniors, youth, tenants, and New Yorkers looking for legal, financial and workforce development support. 

Prior to RiseBoro, Kieran was the Executive National Director of The Pontifical Mission Societies in the United States. He also was the Founder, President & Chairman of DeSales Media Group. 

Kieran has a Bachelor of Arts from St. John’s University, a Masters of Divinity from the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception, and a Masters in Business Administration from New York University.
