Moffat Gardens is an Assisted Living Program (ALP) offering 26 independent living apartments within a HUD Section 202 senior citizen building. Residents live in their own apartments and are given the ongoing support to remain active in the community.
The ALP offers a number of services that empower the continued independence of its residents, including:
- Three meals per day
- Assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming and ambulation
- Medication assistance
- Housekeeping services
- Case management
- Social and recreational activities such as trips, tai chi, and painting
- Registered nurse, case manager and 24-hour home health aides
- Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy
- An emergency call system and a full-time security staff
