RiseBoro recognizes the tremendous pain and anxiety that have impacted communities across NYC due to the Covid 19 pandemic. We offer services to help residents address their challenges and navigate the resources available.

Resource Navigation

In collaboration with the Mayor’s Office of Housing Recovery and the NYC Test & Trace Corps, RiseBoro operates a Resouce Navigation Program to COVID-19 affected households referred by NYC H+H. Resource Navigators work remotely and in the field to assess household needs and make referrals for supportive services, including immediate access to food and essential resources.

What We Do
• In-person or phone consultations with referred NYC H+H patients who are experiencing housing instability
• Referrals to programs based on eligibility
• Follow-up sessions, as determined necessary by the Navigator
