José Albino is RiseBoro’s VP of Seniors. Before joining RiseBoro, José had been working in the aging field for over 24 years and has been responsible for leading a diverse set of operations including, but not limited to: meals on wheels, senior centers, case and health management, health and wellness, advocacy, leadership development, supportive housing, and mental health programs.  He is intentional about working with, and for, disenfranchised and marginalized communities – with multiple intersections – such as older adults, immigrants, people of color, those living in poverty and the LGBTQ community. José joins us from GRIOT Circle where he was the Executive Director.
