Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer of David Yurman Enterprises, where she was instrumental in doubling revenue and profit margins, achieving the company’s strongest financial position in nearly a decade, and driving operational excellence across finance, technology, HR, and legal.

Throughout her career, Maria has demonstrated a consistent ability to build and mentor high-performing teams, implement systems that enhance efficiency, and foster collaborative cultures grounded in trust, accountability, and long-term vision. Prior to David Yurman, she held senior finance leadership roles at Weight Watchers International, Arrow Electronics, and Arthur Andersen, where she successfully managed global accounting and reporting, directed major business model transformations, and led the integration of dozens of acquisitions.
