Dan Minerva has over forty years of senior management experience with top-tier Financial Services institutions as well as start-up enterprises. Dan has a unique combination of senior leadership roles (Chairman, CEO, COO, CFO, Treasurer) with in-depth skills in Finance, Treasury, Governance, Trading, Internal Audit, Operations and Risk Management. He has held key senior firm-wide leadership positions on decision making committees including Executive, Finance, Investment and ALCO and through Board positions, has been a trusted advisor and mentor to many CEO, President, COO and CFO executives.
He has experience in various industry subsets including Private Equity, Investment Banking/ Broker Dealer, Commercial Banking, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Financial Guarantee Insurance, Healthcare, Industry Associations and Clearing Organization. Dan has extensive C-suite experience, and Board/Audit Committee interaction, across multiple functional and business areas: Financial Controls and Risk, Operations and Technology, Strategic Development, and Restructuring and Crisis Management. He has served as Board Chairman, Finance Committee chairman, Audit Committee Chairman and Treasurer for numerous not for profit organizations. Dan has a BS in Accounting and Math, City University of New York -Brooklyn College; Coursework NYU Stern Business School MBA Program; passed the New York State CPA and is an Associate Member of the AICPA.
