Description: RiseBoro renovates previously distressed multi-family buildings throughout Bushwick. We deliver rent stabilization to long-term Bushwick residents and welcome new renters to previously vacant apartments. The buildings receive new roofs, windows, finishes, appliances, and are transformed to all-electric buildings with Passive House design and technology.
