Dean Angelakos brings with him more than 30 years of leadership experience in the public, private, non-profit labor and construction advocacy sectors with a focus in strengthening stakeholder and external relations, performing legislative and policy analyses, as well as developing community engagement programs.
His work with city and state offices has included positions with both the City and State Comptrollers, the New York City Deputy Mayor for Finance and Economic Development, the New York City Council, and the New York City Department of Environmental Protection. He also has spent over 15 years in the consulting engineering space where he worked at several global firms leading development and government affairs efforts for both public and private sectors.
Dean has created long-standing professional relationships within the design, construction and development industries where he has served on numerous boards and committees, while continuing to serve and support numerous civic, education and philanthropic organizations.
Mr. Angelakos holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
