As Vice President of Government and Community Affairs, Gaby Guilmart leads RiseBoro’s external affairs strategy setting the organization’s legislative and campaign strategy and managing relationships with community partners, elected officials, and government stakeholders across New York.

Gaby has spent more than a decade building political power and winning campaigns. She previously served as Deputy Political Director at the Hotel and Gaming Trades Council where she ran the union’s legislative and electoral efforts and helped advance legislation on casino licensing and hotel-to-housing conversions. Earlier, she managed fundraising at the Center for Popular Democracy and ran field and political operations at the Working Families Party.
