Do you need assistance validating your professional experience and/or higher education degrees obtained in another country? Through the HIPE program, RiseBoro guides immigrants through the foreign degree validation process, empowering them to continue their professional careers and/or educational studies in the United States.

Our Services

Our experts will guide you through the entire degree validation process at no cost to you, and we’ll also cover all outside fees associated with the validation process.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this program, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be an immigrant to the United States and have obtained a minimum of a bachelor’s degree outside of the United States
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to communicate and be easily understood in English
