Baisley Pond Park Residences
Description: Baisley Pond Park Residences is a new 100% affordable residential rental building. The 12-story building, formerly the JFK Hilton Hotel, includes 317 units of affordable housing for families and individuals, with 192 units reserved for formerly homeless individuals. Baisley is the first hotel-to-residential conversion project to be completed under New York State’s Housing Our Neighbors with Dignity Act (HONDA).
The project includes:
- 192 supportive housing units served through the Affordable Housing Services program and 125 affordable units at or below 60% AMI
- Baisley Pond Park Residences has access to multiple bus lines and nearby Baisley Pond Park

The building features multiple community rooms, a computer lounge, and indoor garden space

The building is also home to “Queens Rising,” a new mural celebrating the history and character of Queens by artist Danielle Mastrion in partnership with ArtBridge

Baisley Pond Park Residences is an all-electric building, with energy-efficient features including Energy Star appliances and rooftop solar panels that will dramatically reduce its emissions. The project has been certified by Enterprise Green Communities
