Bethany Senior Terraces is a newly constructed, 100% affordable residential community designed for seniors. The four-story building includes 58 total apartments, 57 of which are affordable rental homes for seniors, including 19 supportive housing units reserved for formerly unhoused seniors referred through the ESSHI program.

- 19 supportive housing units and 38 affordable senior apartments serving households at or below 50% AMI, plus one superintendent’s unit
- An on-site hydroponic farm and greenhouse, operated in partnership with Oko Farms, providing fresh food and opportunities for engagement

- Built to Passive House energy standards, with solar panels to reduce environmental impact and operating costs
