Description: 1601 Dekalb Avenue Apartments is a new 100% affordable residential rental building in Bushwick. The 9-story building will include 126 affordable units for rent for families and individuals, with 45 units reserved for formerly homeless individuals.

The project includes: 

  • 45 supportive housing units served through the NYC 15/15 program and 81 affordable units at or below 120% AMI

  • Community/recreation room, bicycle storage, mailroom and laundry room

  • Landscaped courtyard

  • Full-time security and maintenance staff

  • On-site social services and offices
