RiseBoro has been responsible for the development of several thousand units of affordable housing, ranging from single-family homes to scattered site rehabs to large mixed use developments. Additionally, RiseBoro provides property management of units that offer permanent housing for low to moderate-income families, senior citizens, and a host of special needs populations including formerly homeless families, veterans, physically disabled, and victims of domestic violence. Across all development and management activities, RiseBoro emphasizes energy efficiency, accessibility, and active design.
