Now Leasing Affordable Senior Apartments in the Bronx
We are currently accepting applications for brand-new affordable apartments through the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Section 8 Program. This community has been designed with comfort, accessibility, and long-term affordability in mind.
Program & Eligibility
These apartments are reserved for individuals or households where at least one member is age 62 or older at the time of application. Eligibility is determined by both age and household size, as well as income limits.
- Applicants must qualify for Section 8 housing assistance.
- Rent is calculated at 30% of household income, as determined by Section 8 guidelines, and includes utilities.
- Maximum annual household income to apply: $56,700.
This building is part of the Senior Affordable Rental Apartments (SARA) Program and supported through the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.






What You’ll Need to Apply
While requirements may vary from household to household, applicants should be prepared to provide:
- Proof of income for all household members
- Valid identification for each resident
- Documentation verifying household size and eligibility
- No application fees or deposits are required
- Applicants selected will also undergo program verification to confirm Section 8 eligibility.
