Sunday, November 1 | 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Maria Hernandez Park, Brooklyn
RiseBoro celebrates the season in style with the return of Bushwick’s beloved, outdoor mini-festival, ¡CalabazaFest!.
Celebrate community, culture, and the traditions of Día de los Muertos and Halloween at this free, family-friendly day filled with music, art, and togetherness in the heart of Bushwick.
Enjoy live performances beginning at noon, a creative costume contest (with prizes!), plus local vendors, community partners, and – the return of pumpkin carving (with composting by BK Rot)!
Join us as we celebrate the vibrant cultures that make our neighborhoods thrive and the people who bring them to life.
Many thanks to Council Member Jennifer Gutierrez for her support!
